Tax Notices

Tax notices are mailed each year in May.

"This is certification under Sections 310(4) & 336(1) of the Municipal Government Act that 2023 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices were mailed to all property owners in the Summer Village of Island Lake on May 17, 2023."

2023 Deadlines

The deadline for the payment of the 2023 taxes for all residential and non-residential tax account remains as September 30th, 2023 and the penalty structure remains the same as follows:

October 1st - 6% penalty current year taxes
November 1st - 6% penalty current year taxes
December 1st - 6% penalty current year taxes
December 31st - 18% penalty on total tax arrears on taxes unpaid as of December 31st
